Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vettora platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vettora Ltd ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

Vettora is an AI-powered talent pool management platform that connects AI and data science talent with employers, facilitates skills assessments, mentor programmes, and placement tracking. The Service is provided on a subscription and/or placement-fee basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Vettora, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Roles and Accounts

• Talent: individuals seeking employment or career development in AI/data fields
• Employers: organisations posting jobs and sourcing candidates
• Mentors: professionals providing career guidance
• Admins: programme administrators managing talent pipelines

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Scrape, harvest, or mine data from the platform without written consent
• Use the platform for spamming, phishing, or any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Discriminate against talent on the basis of protected characteristics

6. AI-Generated Content

The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, assess responses, match candidates, and provide recommendations. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

7. Subscription and Billing

Employer and organisation accounts are subject to subscription fees as described on our Pricing page. Placement fees may apply per successful hire. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and technology on Vettora is owned by or licensed to Vettora Ltd. You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, profiles, etc.) but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to provide the Service. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vettora Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via the platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
